Investech Industries will automatically charge you or automatically renew your membership/license until cancelled. After your membership/license expires you must repurchase another membership/license if you wish to continue using our products/services
Your membership/license at Investech Industries will be valid until the time period you have selected at purchase expires.
1 month membership/license is valid for 1 months from the date of purchase
3 months membership/license is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
6 months membership/license is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
Lifetime membership/license will never expire.

SECTION 3 – CHARGEBACKS
You hereby agree to not process any chargebacks on your purchase from Investech Industries, rather speak to the Investech Industries support team at Contact@investechindustries.com to resolve any issue.

SECTION 4 – REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for any products/services offered by Investech Industries
Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund.
All sales are final.
Refunds or account credits will not be issued in situations as follows:
-You have changed your mind about using our product and service
-You purchased our product/services by mistake
-You do not have sufficient expertise to use our system
-You are not able to activate the Investech Industries products in time before your membership/license expires
-You experience dissatisfaction with our products after purchase

The provider's liability is exclusively for the technical defect discovered in the product, service or software delivered and notified within the term established by OUG no.141/2021.
